1277 | ITALIKA GTS-175 CLIENTE ME CULPA POR FALLAS QUE YA TRAIA

🔥 THIS CUSTOMER TRIED TO RUIN US… but the truth came out 😤🏍️😱 He blamed us for EVERYTHING! From brakes to gas… who was right? In this *Piston Bikers* video, we tell you a TRUE story from the shop that seems like something out of a movie 🎬 but unfortunately happens more often than you think. A customer brought his scooter in for repairs, but from the start, we detected several serious problems it already had… and he still decided to ignore them 🚨 From the moment we received the scooter, we noticed that the oil level was DOUBLE the recommended level ⚠️, which can cause internal overpressure, damage to seals, leaks, and serious engine failures. Despite warning the customer, he decided not to listen… and that's where the whole problem started. We continued the service by replacing the transmission bearings, performing the job correctly and respecting each component, especially the brake system, which wasn't even touched. However, upon returning the motorcycle, the customer started blaming us for the fact that it no longer braked properly 😤 We decided to inspect the motorcycle again and found the real cause: the brake cable was completely seized due to rust, preventing the lever from functioning correctly. But that wasn't all… When we tested the motorcycle, it started leaking oil from multiple points due to the EXCESS oil it already had, generating enough pressure to damage gaskets and seals 💥. Even so, the customer tried to blame us for that failure. And as if that weren't enough… he also blamed us for: ⚡ A burnt-out bulb (when the motorcycle was generating up to 18V instead of 14.5V) ⛽ Supposedly “stealing gas” 📟 A speedometer that stopped working (without even having been touched) These kinds of situations are more common than you might think in the world of mechanics, and that's why we decided to make this video: to share our experience, teach you how to diagnose correctly, and give you the tools to defend yourself as a professional 🛠️ 🧠 *WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN THIS VIDEO?* ✔️ How to identify a problem customer from the start ✔️ The importance of documenting a motorcycle's condition before working on it ✔️ What damage excess oil can cause in an engine ✔️ Real diagnosis of brake failures (cable stuck due to rust) ✔️ How to detect electrical problems caused by overloading Voltage ✔️ Why a motorcycle can constantly burn out bulbs ✔️ How to argue and defend yourself against unfair accusations ✔️ Best practices for mechanics and workshop owners ✔️ Common mistakes customers make with their motorcycles This video isn't just an anecdote… it's a real-life lesson from the workshop that can save you a lot of trouble 🙌 💬 Tell us in the comments: Have you ever had a similar experience with a customer? 😅 Whose side do you think was at fault? 👍 Like if you enjoy these kinds of real-life stories from the shop 🔔 Subscribe to *Piston Bikers* for more mechanical content, diagnostics, tips, and real-life experiences #pistonbikers #italika #mechanics ------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONTACT US Workshop: (55) 4719-7383 Email: [email protected] Website: https://pistonbikers.wixsite.com/misitio Facebook: Piston Bikers Ofic ------------------------------------------------------------------------- OUR CHANNELS: D_Todo:    / @d_todo9012   Piston Bikers:    / @pistonbikers   ------------------------------------------------------------------------- SUBSCRIBE & TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS NOTIFICATION BELL -------------------------------------------------------------------------
