ABOUT THE JE, UNA MJENGO? CAMPAIGN

We invite you to this year's Je, una mjengo? public awareness campaign scheduled to take place virtually from 7th to 11th June 2021 on our social media platforms and the mainstream media. We noticed that there was a general belief within the Kenyan-built (construction) industry that anyone can be a construction project manager. Therefore, the general trend is that anyone wanting to build does not hire professionals to handle their project but works with people who have in the past duped them and ended up building sub-standard buildings. There has also been a belief that getting the right professionals for the job is a very expensive affair. Out of these notions, the Je, una mjengo? a public awareness campaign was born. #JeUnaMjengo #AskAAK
