LADAKH DRAS || Kargil Vijay Diwas commemorations commenced at Dras || Tribute to our Heroes 1999 War
The two-day 27th Kargil Vijay Diwas commemorations commenced at Drass in Ladakh's Kargil district with paying tribute to the soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice during the 1999 Kargil War. The Kargil War Memorial is specially decorated for the occasion. Veterans, families of martyrs, Army officers and civil dignitaries are participating in the celebrations.
