Hello! This is CEO Yang of Elcafe. Today, I visited the Vietnam New Crop Cupping event, organized by Compass Coffee and Underdog Coffee. I actually had some preconceived notions about Vietnamese coffee, but this cupping completely changed my perspective. From the incredible quality Arabica grown at 1,800 meters above sea level, to Robusta and Excelsa! Here's my thoughts on Vietnamese coffee.
