Arunachala Meditation

The quotes are taken from the official Ashram-website ( http://www.sriramanamaharshi.org/ ) and from the book "Parayana", avaiable at SriRamanashramam. Photos of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi are taken from the Ashram-website ( http://www.sriramanamaharshi.org/port... ). All other photos were taken by myself between 2010 and 2016. The song "Sri Arunachala Aksharamanamalai" is taken from the CD "Tamil Hymns at Sri Ramanashramam" , "24 Om Namachaya chanting" is as far as i know performed by Yesudas. The CD it is taken from is using only tamil-letters and unfortunately i can´t read that. Hopefully i´ll figure it out soon... The pics from the inner path were taken in 2010 when it was still allowed to do Girivalam there. Now it is no more allowed, there are quite a few obstacles now on the path (rocks and branches etc.) and sometimes pilgrims who were walking there have been attacked. So PLEASE do not use that inner path any more! It is also a matter of respect for the local people!
