Day 3 and I'm off down the Cornish coast through Newquay to tick off a few seaside spots before I rattle into Penzance at the end of another long day "on the buses". In ten days I plan to complete a rough circuit of the South West corner of England using buses and keeping as close as I practically can to the route of the South West Coast Path. I hope to discover towns and villages I've not visited before and also a healthy dose of beaches and hidden coves.
