Regarding fasting, our Prophet said: "For every good deed, the reward may range from tenfold to seven hundredfold, but fasting is different. For fasting is for Me, and I will reward it." (Muslim, “Siyam,” 164; Nesai, “Siyam,” 42) Good for the Stomach and Intestines!
