There's a lot of aftermarket coils on Ebay advertised to fit Homelite Super XL chainsaws...this video shows what happens when you use the wrong coil. The coil & flywheel must be a matched set or your saw will not run properly, if at all. After the shop work, we take a trip to Ebay and find ONE seller that has the proper coils for both Phelon & Wico electronic ignition.
