After Decades Working on Chainsaws, I Look Here First....

This STIHL MS250 came in with a serious problem. It was extremely dirty, hard to start, and clearly not running the way it should. After decades working on chainsaws, I’ve learned there are a few places you check first when something isn’t right. In this video I walk through the diagnostic process, run compression and pressure tests, and start digging into the saw to figure out what went wrong. Along the way, the saw gets a complete teardown and deep cleaning before the real issue finally reveals itself.
