There's encouragement, some joking, reassurance, guided relaxation and some praise at the end. The audio operates under the assumption that you have all your equipment ready: the syringe, the testosterone (pre-warmed) and something to disinfect/clean the bottle and injection site. It also assumes you know where you're meant to be injecting (intramuscular or subcutaneous), but doesn't mention a specific site or method of injection. I guide you through some breathing exercises and then flexing and relaxing the muscles near your injection site. I talk you through the cleaning process, drawing up the T in your syringe, and then after a little pep talk, give you a gentle three-second countdown to inject yourself. If this isn't enough time and you're not ready, you can pause or rewind the audio. After that, I talk you through depressing the syringe slowly, injecting it all, and then cleaning up and disposing of the needle safely.
