I spoke candidly about my current worries, including my anxieties about whether this lifestyle will continue until April next year, and my struggles with returning to work in July. With even my own sleep becoming precarious, balancing childcare and work (YouTube production) is "absolutely impossible." That's why, starting in July, I've decided to prioritize my physical recovery by using a postpartum care facility and having a helper come four times a week.
