Ingredients Cherry Yogurt Cake 4 eggs 180 g sugar 200 g Greek yogurt or strained yogurt 120 ml vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 250 g all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder A pinch of salt 250 grams pitted sour cherries Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Pour the batter into two 20 cm (8-inch) cake pans. Bake for about 50 minutes.
