Seeing what happened with the earthquake in Venezuela caused tremendous pain to all Venezuelans, both in the country and abroad. There isn't a single Venezuelan who hasn't been affected in some way. Everyone knows someone in Vargas or Caracas who lost their life or their home. It has truly been a great tragedy, but a pain that turned to rage when we saw the regime's ineffectiveness, its true nature. They aren't there to help the people; they're there to loot and exterminate them. But we never thought they would reach these levels. They haven't done anything. Rescuers from other countries arrived before the Venezuelan rescuers or the armed forces. The police and the armed forces have done nothing but show and loot, because they're going into the rubble not to rescue, but to see what they can find and steal. They're hindering the work of the volunteers; they didn't let volunteers from other countries in, they're delaying the work of volunteers from other countries.
