🇺🇦The experience of Zhmerynka is being studied by the communities of Poltava and Ternopil On May 13, the Zhmerynka community hosted city and village mayors from the Poltava and Ternopil regions as part of an exchange of experience in community development during the war, support for veterans, youth policy, and investment attraction. The “zGURTovana Kraina” initiative was launched by the “U-LEAD with Europe” team. 🇺🇦Acting Mayor Vadym Kozhukhovsky welcomed the guests and emphasized that today one of the main priorities of the Zhmerynka community is to support the military, war veterans, and their families. 🔹The participants of the visit got acquainted with the work of the Yunist swimming pool, where health and diving therapy programs have been implemented, 🔹visited the Free and Unconquered sports club, 🔹the rehabilitation department, 🔹the Center for Sustainability, 🔹the space “I Care for Myself”, 🔹the Inclusive Resource Center, a space where a veteran hub will soon be opened, and 🔹the Avangard sports complex in Brailov. During the meeting, Vadym Kozhukhovsky, together with deputies Olga Borovska and Iryna Datsko, shared their experience in attracting grant resources and investments for community development, implementation of veteran programs, support for youth, and development of sports infrastructure. 🎥Guests’ comments and impressions – in our video
