You'll see the longest city walls in the world after the Great Wall of China; the Ulu Mosque, one of Anatolia's oldest mosques and a captivating architectural wonder; the Malabadi Bridge, the world's widest arched stone bridge; people dancing the halay on the Ten-eyed Bridge; the Hevsel Gardens, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site; Eğil, the Land of the Prophets, which earned it the title of City of Prophets; and the historic stone mansions, inns, museums, and churches scattered along the narrow streets of Suriçi. Isn't a trip without delicious food? You'll see us try some of the most special flavors of Eastern cuisine: liver, şırdan (a type of flatbread), mumbar (a type of flatbread), kadayıf (a type of flatbread), meat dishes, coffee, and basil sherbet.
