Not only did we get to try some incredible seafood, but we also spent time talking with the owner Fredy, who shared the story behind the restaurant, how he started the business, and the inspiration behind the food. And honestly… he was an absolute top guy. For food, we started with: 🍣 Tuna sashimi 🍤 Peel-and-eat shrimp Before moving on to the main event — the catch of the day with a garlic crust, which was absolutely outstanding.
