How to filter through traffic on a motorcycle. On the way back from these guys passing their tests I decided to do a lesson on lane splitting or filtering. The basic rule regarding zig zags is you cannot park on them, approaching the crossing you cannot pass the foremost part of the vehicle nearest to the crossing that has stopped for the purpose of letting pedestrians cross or the vehicle closest to the crossing that is moving.
