Products used in this video: 🎃Pumpkins molds: https://amzn.to/42poyZl 🐝Raw Beeswax: I bought mine at my local store but I have also used these: https://amzn.to/433KgCm 🍄Mushroom Basket: https://amzn.to/4nD7p78 🍂 Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins Ingredients For the Muffins: • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour • 1 cup granulated sugar • ½ cup light brown sugar, packed • 1 tsp baking soda • ½ tsp baking powder • ½ tsp salt • 2 tsp ground cinnamon • ½ tsp ground nutmeg • ½ tsp ground cloves (or pumpkin pie spice) • 2 large eggs • 1 cup canned pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie mix) • ½ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter) • 1 tsp vanilla extract For the Cream Cheese Filling: • 8 oz cream cheese, softened • ⅓ cup granulated sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract Optional Topping (streusel): • ½ cup all-purpose flour • ¼ cup brown sugar • ½ tsp cinnamon • 4 tbsp cold butter, cubed ⸻ Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners. 2. Make the cream cheese filling: In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside. 3. Mix the muffin batter: In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices. In another bowl, whisk eggs, pumpkin purée, oil, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients just until mixed (don’t overmix). 4. Assemble muffins: Fill each muffin liner about ⅓ full with batter. Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese filling to the center, then cover with more batter until about ¾ full. 5. Optional streusel topping: Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of muffins. 6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until a toothpick inserted (avoiding the cream cheese center) comes out clean. 7.
