Helping Someone Move Toward the Top of the Bed
Helping Someone Move Towards the Top of the Bed This video features Indigenous individuals demonstrating safe techniques to help someone who has slid down in bed move towards the top of the bed, where they may feel more comfortable and supported. This video was developed by the Indigenous Peoples’ Health and Aging Division at the Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health, Lakehead University, as part of the Walking Alongside Indigenous Peoples who are Seriously Ill Education Initiative. It was made using funding provided to CERAH under an education contract with Indigenous Services Canada, Ontario Region.
