Rushmoor parkrun Review: A Flat Course with BIG Puddles!

Join me at Rushmoor parkrun in Aldershot, a course that’s famously flat… but today came with a twist. Think huge puddles, soaked grass, and shoes that finished several shades muddier than they started. Perfect parkrun conditions, right? Along the way I chatted about one of my favourite local authors, Keith A. Pearson, and his brilliant books — highly recommended if you enjoy sharp humour and clever storytelling. Find out more about him at the link below. https://www.keithapearson.co.uk/ We also got an unexpected history lesson from Kevin, one of the volunteers, adding a whole new layer of appreciation for the area and the event. Despite the damp conditions, this was a genuinely enjoyable run with a friendly community and a course that has real PB potential on a dry day. 📍 Rushmoor parkrun, Aldershot 🏃‍♂️ Flat course, mixed terrain 💦 Puddles the size of small lakes 📚 Shoutout to author Keith A. Pearson 🧼 Shoes: muddy as hell 😄 Enjoyment level: very high If you enjoyed this video, hit like, drop a comment, and subscribe for more parkrun adventures and running stories. ‪@parkrunglobal‬
