It's a moist chocolate cake, juicy and with all the rich flavor of chocolate nougat. ✎ Ingredients: For the cake: Suchard chocolate nougat (200 grams) Flour (175 grams) Pure cocoa powder (30 grams) Brown sugar (65 grams) Milk (165 grams) Butter (80 grams) Baking powder (8 grams) A pinch of Salt 2 eggs For the chocolate ganache: Chocolate (50 grams) Whipping cream 35% fat (50 grams) For decoration: Suchard chocolate nougat in little pieces (50 grams) I await your comments.
