This time, I'm sharing my shoulder training schedule. Since shoulder width isn't my strongest point, I've gradually worked to strengthen this weakness. This schedule has been incredibly effective in improving my shoulder development! Training Menu: 1. Dumbbell Shoulder Press + Arnold Shoulder Press 3 + 2 sets * 8-10 reps 2. One-Arm Lateral Raise 3 sets * 10-12 reps 3. Cable Rear Deflection 3 sets * 10-12 reps 4. Machine Lateral Raise Overhead 3 sets * 10-12 reps 5. Butterfly Machine Rear Deflection 3 sets * 10-12 reps In the future, I will continue to share content on sports education, fitness, bodybuilding, and the lives of athletes.
