Removing the Old Floor Joists — 100-Year-Old House DIY 🛠️

Continuing the floor demolition in the main room — this time pulling out the old joists and support beams underneath. While checking the base of the support pillars, I found something I wasn't expecting: the wood has crumbled away, most likely from years of moisture (and possibly termites too). Not sure yet how I'm going to fix this one... I'm a complete beginner at this kind of DIY, so this is very much a "figure it out as I go" video — no expert commentary, just an honest look at what 100 years does to a house.
