Luxury Dining at Maury’s Steak, Seafood & Spirits | Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor Experience

We kicked off the evening by exploring the elegant grounds of Sunseeker Resort, where we were staying in the beautifully appointed SunSuites. These luxurious accommodations offer spacious layouts, upscale touches, and panoramic views of the harbor, perfect for a relaxing Florida getaway. As the golden hour approached, we made our way to Maury’s, a sophisticated dining destination located right on the property. The vibe at Maury’s is sleek yet inviting, with modern coastal decor and a curated menu that highlights the best of steakhouse classics and fresh seafood. We started our meal with their signature house bread, warm and freshly baked, served with creamy whipped butter and rosemary that melted right in. For drinks, we tried a couple of their expertly crafted cocktails, bold, flavorful, and made with top-shelf ingredients. But the star of the evening? The massive Tomahawk steak, perfectly seared, juicy, and full of flavor. Cooked to perfection and carved tableside, it was easily one of the best steaks we’ve ever had. We wrapped up our meal with a decadent chocolate hazelnut crème brûlée, which struck the perfect balance between creamy and crunchy. As our night wound down, we headed back outside to catch the breathtaking sunset over Charlotte Harbor.
