This promising newcomer carries on the spirit of Sano’s legendary “Oguraya.” As if defying the current trend of straight noodles, they stake their claim with traditional “thin, wavy, curly noodles”! Their unwavering dedication truly shines through. The crystal-clear, golden broth boasts exceptional clarity, offering a sublime flavor where the richness of chicken bones and vegetables gently permeates the light, refreshing base. In this beautiful, newly built shop, you can savor “the real Sano ramen” as preserved by the young owner♪ If you love traditional flavors, this is a must-visit!
