Nathaniel Julies' mother is not the only Eldorado Park mother mourning the loss of a son, allegedly at the hands of police. The Down syndrome teenager was laid to rest on Saturday. Two police officers have been charged for his murder. Another police officer is facing a charge of defeating the ends of justice. But the wheels of justice are turning slowly for other mothers.
