Fikirtepe Yatırım Rehberi: Medyan Kadıköy + Bölge Analizi

As someone born and raised in Fikirtepe and a real estate consultant who follows the area down to the smallest detail, I present to you the most comprehensive analysis video I've ever prepared. To be frank, I haven't seen anything like this before, and I don't think I will. Initially, my intention was to conduct a review specifically for the Medyan Kadıköy project. However, I didn't want to limit myself to a classic "project presentation." Because in Fikirtepe, any commentary without seeing the big picture and understanding the entire area will be incomplete. With my perfectionist side also coming into play, I decided to do the best job possible, and I examined not only the project but the entire area. Once I sat down, one topic really led to another; from old and new master plans to social amenities, from the future of the phases to general investment opportunities, I transparently conveyed everything I knew and the data I gathered from the field in this video. The result is a comprehensive analysis, approximately 45 minutes long, that essentially takes an X-ray of Fikirtepe. My main goal was for this video to become a lasting reference source for investors interested in the area.
