If the kick arm won't return after reassembling the engine or opening and closing the clutch cover, check the misalignment of the L-shaped spacer or spring. 3:09 The key is inserting the L-shaped spacer! This spacer is very well made, with indentations on all four corners. In reality, even at an angle (at the four corners), there may be just enough clearance. However, (3:52) I often see cases where the side (surface) is forcibly assembled while the spring is still in contact with it, or where the insertion is not noticed and the clutch cover is scraped or scraped. Often the spring doesn't fit properly, causing it to get stuck in a strange position and not return.
