Roof Renovation in Madrid: From Old Mixed Tiles to Trapezoidal Metal Roofing Sheets with Mixed Tiles + Installation of 7 Velux Windows and New Gutters 🏠 Welcome to a new roof renovation project we've completed, ONLY IN MADRID, Spain! In this video, we want to show you how we carried out the complete renovation of a roof that was in deteriorated condition with very old and rotten tiles. We removed all the old mixed tiles, which were rotten and damaged by time, and replaced them with a much stronger and more durable trapezoidal metal roofing sheet, ideal for improving protection against the elements. Then, a new red mixed tile was installed and finished on top. You'll also see how we installed battens on top of the metal roofing sheet before laying the new tiles. This significantly improved roof ventilation, a key factor in preventing moisture problems. On this base, we installed a new mixed tile that not only offers excellent aesthetics but also greater durability, an essential aspect in roof renovations. In addition, we installed seven strategically placed Velux windows to provide fantastic natural light into the home, adding not only functionality but also comfort and energy savings. Velux windows are perfect for any renovation project seeking to improve ventilation and lighting in attic spaces. 🌧️ Finally, to complete the renovation, we installed new gutters along the roof to ensure efficient water drainage, preventing future leaks and dampness problems.
