VW Baja Bug Build Begins! - JBugs - Father & Son

As we mentioned in a couple of prior videos, Sam and his son, Nathan have been thinking about a Baja Beetle project to build for Nate's first car. Sam and Nathan had picked out a car from the 8 that JBugs had bought up earlier this year, but the cars aren't for sale at this point. So Sam located another suitable project in the Phoenix area, and deal was struck with it's owner. Nathan and Sam loaded the car up, towed it home and got to work on it immediately! The interior is cleaned out, Nate shows his dad that he knows how to open a door latch and install a steering wheel nut better than Sam does and general disassembly continues. The seized up (hopefully from the weather) engine is dropped and the fenders, hood and deck lid are all removed. This ought to be a great series with a bunch of repair work and how to information along the way.
