Prime Fitness Stability Pad Review

Hey everyone, today we are taking a look at the prime fitness stability pad. Overall its a good addition to any home gym and versatile a pad. The pad itself has a medium firmness feel, not like how their bench pads are. Some things I would like to see on it is more adjustment points on the pad. The prime stability pad can’t be used like a pritchett pad. I would be hesitant to put a ton of weight on the stability pad, especially if you extend it out a lot. If you have a functional trainer on your rack this might be a good choice for you for all the things you can do with it.
