How To Measure Valve Lash & Calculate what Bucket You Need

Valve Lash, probably one of the more important aspects of building your car! So in this video I break down the formula you need and the processes that covers how to calculate what size buckets you need for your heads. Subarus use a shameless design so whenever you make significant changes such as replacing valves or recutting valve seats you're going to have to change your lash. I went with the trifecta of New Cams, Valves and cutting the seats so my lash is allllll out of wack right now. This can seem like an intimidating processes to do but it's not too bad to knock out. We are using my 2005 Subaru WRX STi as our test vehicle for these measurements.
