How do we set lash adjustment with solid buckets?

When you are a machine shop, you don't exchange buckets till you get the lash you need. You machine the valve or the bucket! HeadGames approach is simple, we have the stem height correspond to the spring height we desire along with the bucket we would like to use. Then we minimally tip the valve to achieve our lash.
