Seated Exercise: Head To Toe Gentle Workout

Rec therapist Liza Franses leads a seated "head to toe" workout program. This routine is under 10 minutes and features gentle range-of-motions and very light cardio. It is ideal for helping older adults maintain range of motion. WARNING: Please be sure to consult a doctor before using this program or pursuing any form of exercise. CAREGIVERS: Do not use with an older adult unless you have consulted with that person's doctor regarding exercise regimes.
