Dating Denier

The plaintiff says the defendant told her he was single when they met, so she started dating him. She found out he had a girlfriend, though, when she showed up at the plaintiff’s job and threatened her. She’s suing her ex for a refund on a car. The defendant says he didn’t date the plaintiff because she was married. He’s countersuing for breach of contract.
