Today is day 5 of my Offset smoker build! We are so close to being done and today was a big day! I got the smoke collector and stack added, and built my grill grates. I also installed my ‪@MadScientistBBQ‬ Tel Tru thermometer and got the smoker all sanded down and ready to be washed and oiled!
