Dodge Finally Fixed The Easy Entry Seat Issues On The Charger Daytona EV | SOFTWARE UPDATE

In this video, I cover the Easy Entry seat issues on the 2024–2025 Dodge Charger Daytona EV, where the front seats could self-retract and pin the driver or passenger against the B-pillar. Dodge has released software and hardware fixes for this concern. I’ll show you what causes it, how it’s being repaired, and what you can do if your Charger experiences similar symptoms. What’s Covered Explanation of the Easy Entry seat issue -Software update for the Memory Seat Module, Driver/Passenger (MSMD/MSMP) -TSB 08-361-25 (October 29, 2025) -Reprograms both seat modules to prevent unwanted movement -Zip-tie fix for the Easy Entry cable connector -TSB 08-187-25 (June 11, 2025) -Secures the Easy Entry cable to prevent the strap from doing nothing Seat calibration tip (for future seat retraction issues): Move the seat all the way back, then all the way forward to recalibrate. Important Note Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) are symptom-based repairs. A customer concern must be present and verified by the dealership in order for the bulletin to be performed under warranty.
