Norfolk and Western 1218: Roanoke Convention 1990

Continuing the series of home videos shot by my Dad, we turn to his coverage of the Roanoke mini convention of 1990 with N&W 1218 running excursions out of Roanoke, Va. The engine pulled the trains between Lynchburg and Walton, Va while returning to Roanoke after each trip. The other trip featured was a loop trip up the Shenandoah Valley line from Roanoke to Glasgow, Va. The train then returned via the C&O James River line back to Lynchburg over the old Southern main line to Montview then on to Roanoke back on the N&W. Please like and subscribe!
