Install A Backup (Rear View) Camera On A Sprinter Van - Van Life Build Series Ep. 2

The second episode of our van build/conversion focuses on our back up camera installation. We were on the fence about this project initially since it cost roughly $400 with shipping and taxes and it’s more of a nice to have feature. HOWEVER, now that it’s installed it we absolutely love it and it makes parking so much easier!!! We got our back up camera kit from Mid City Engineering, which has a kit that enables you to leverage the manufacturers stock display by installing the software through the OBD port.
