🍓A mixed fruit syrup made with various kinds of sweet and sour fruits! You can taste diverse flavors from more than one fruit. You can keep it cool in the refrigerator and mix it in carbonated water to make a fruit ade, or you can add it to yogurt or pancakes. Enjoy the sweet and colorful mixed fruit syrup at home, just like at a cafe! 🍓[Homemade mixed fruit syrup] Ingredients : 250g Strawberry, 250g Kiwi, 250g Pineapple, 250g Orange, 150g Blueberry, 500g Sugar, 2tbsp Lemon juice 1. Cut the peeled pineapple, kiwi, and orange into bite-sized pieces. 2. Put the pineapple, orange, and kiwi into a bowl, then mix and let it sit for about 2 hours until the sugar is completely dissolved. (Sugar should be ½ times the amount of fruit) 3. Put the pineapple, orange, and kiwi into the large bowl and mix lightly.  4. Cut the washed strawberries in half. Add blueberries, strawberries and lemon juice to the fruit mix and mix carefully. (Tip. Work with harder fruits first and then add the softer fruit like strawberries and blueberries.) (Tip. Strawberries dissolve easily, so it is better to trim them just before they are mixed in with sugar.) 5. Transfer the fruit mixture into a sterilized glass bottle, and fill the remaining space with syrup. Then seal the bottle and refrigerate it. (Tip. It should be consumed within a month) (Tip. You can create a fruit ade with carbonated water, or you can enjoy it with yogurt, pancakes, bread, and etc.)
