I've made a plum tea that contains the sweetness of the plum~ Summer fruit plum contains a lot of vitamin C and dietary fiber ~ It provides pretty color when you make a tea with it! Let's make a delicious plum tea with me at home! ㅡ [INGREDIENTS : Plum tea] 1L 2 Bottles 15 Plums (1kg), Sugar 1kg, 3 Lemon, 1/4 cup of Baking soda step 1. Pour cold water in a pot, flip flop the glass bottle and boil the water. When water starts to boil, lower the heat for 2~3 more minutes, then take out the bottles and drain the water. (If you stand the bottle up when it's still hot, it will dry faster since the steam leaves faster in this way.) step 2. Cleanse the plum and lemon with baking soda, wash it off in a clear water. Drain the water. step 3. Cut the plum in half and remove the seed. Cut 1 lemon in ring shape, and make lemon juice with other two. (Or you can grind the plum and sieve it for plum juice) step 4. Insert the plum, sugar, ring shaped lemon, lemon juice in a bowl and mix them. (Leave it for half of a day so that the sugar can melt evenly.) step 5. When sugar's melt, put all the ingredients in the glass bottle and close the lid. (Put it in the fridge for 2 days.) step 6.
