Holiday London Broil | Pit Boss Holiday London Broil
Got 3 nice small London Broils to smoke on the Pit Boss 1100 Pro Series for the holidays. But some Worcestershire sauce on as a binder and then coated them liberally with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Had the Pit Boss set to the Smoke setting at P7. Let them smoke for 2 hours and then turned the Pit Boss up to 300 to finish them off...(should have wrapped them) but wanted to try it without the wrap. Did put some German Beer & Worcestershire Sauce on them to keep the moist. Once they were at least 135 degrees internal temp, pulled them off and wrapped them up in foil for 30 minutes to rest. And the rest was a great dinner for the night.
