Thank you for your support! ⌚Timestamps: 0:00 How to Make a London Broil Steak More Tender and Juicy 0:37 Tenderize the London Broil Steak 4:40 Salt Brine and Season the London Broil 8:20 Sear and Cook the London Broil 15:27 Make an Au Jus 17:48 Taste Test the Tender Juicy London Broil Steak ⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️ • 1-½ Pound 1-¾ inch Thick London Broil Steak - Top Round • Morton's Kosher Salt - For Dry Brining • Salt to Taste • Pepper to Taste • Garlic Powder to Taste • Onion powder to Taste • Smoked Paprika to Taste • Rosemary Leaves • 1 TSP of Minced Garlic • 1 Cup of Dry Red Drinking Wine - To Make the Au Jus • Oil for the Pan • 4 Pats of Butter for Basting 👉Cooking Instructions: • In an oiled cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, sear the London Broil Steak on each side for 1-2 minutes or until a desired crust has formed, don't forge to sear the edges. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking the steak on each side, flipping it every 1-2 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 130°F–135°F for medium rare or desired doneness. Baste with butter and add seasonings. When done to your liking, remove the steak from the pan, let it rest for at least 3–5 minutes. While the steak is resting make an Au Jus with the drippings in the pan, and serve. 👉Steak Temperatures: Rare: 120–125°F Medium rare: 130–135°F Medium: 140–145°F Medium well: 150–155°F Well done: 160–165°F Note: After cooking, while the steak is resting, the residual heat will bring it up to the right temperature for doneness.
