Custom Ground Spoon Bit | Weekend Builds
This weekend I take a little bit of time to remember my grandfather and make a custom ground drill bit for an upcoming complete smoking pipe build. I always love projects that start with making tooling. There's something that just resonates with me when I have to make something unique and purpose built. Tools used in the build: Very cheap paddle bit set Dykem Carbide tipped marking pen Ruler Circle template Belt sander Bench grinder The video was all shot with a Canon 5DmkIII with 24-105L and 100 macro 2.8. The audio was recorded with a Sennhieser 416 shotgun mic.
