✨ TRUST YOURSELF & YOUR JOURNEY — 60-min Yin to Yang Class ✨ A grounding, nourishing practice that slowly rises from Yin into gentle Yang — supporting stability, emotional fluidity, and deep inner trust. In this class, we begin by landing in the body, awakening the senses, and building awareness through simple grounding techniques. From there, we melt into Yin shapes like Half Butterfly and Dragon to access the deeper layers of tension, the front of the hips, and the inner thighs — supported by targeted acupressure points such as Kidney 27, Stomach 36, and UB 23 & 47. As the energy rises naturally, we transition into soft, functional movement: spinal waves, pelvic tilt activations, yogic squat, toe squat, and camel — encouraging strength, clarity, and embodied presence.
