You can see the making process in this video here:    • Forging a Bearded Axe for Skallagrim   The core of the axe head is made of wrought iron, the edge is SS2090 (Swedish spring steel). The surface has a very nice silver-grey look to it, and a rustic finish that suits it well. The ash wood handle is properly shaped, comfortable and practical. Overall great work. Thanks, Nils!
