This massive spa facility opened in 1989 (Showa 64) as a third-sector venture. The facility had a twin-dome structure, with a beer dome and large public baths for men and women on the first floor, an indoor pool on the second floor, a flowing water pool, various pools, and seven outdoor garden fountains. The facility also featured a lounge, rest area, large hall, and private rooms. At the end of a connecting corridor was an indoor pool with a slide and an outdoor surf pool. The number of visitors declined after the collapse of the bubble economy, and the facility closed in 1996 (Heisei 8).
