Hello everyone 💚 Today we're back for my very first "Week on My Plate." I hope you enjoy it! 👉 The chocolate cake recipe is here: / dm4fgptin7q 80g flour 3 eggs 70g brown sugar 200g finely grated zucchini 200g baking chocolate 1/2 sachet of baking powder (I personally substitute with a small teaspoon of baking soda and a tablespoon of lemon juice) Mix all the ingredients and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F) 🔥 👉 The tofu and zucchini balls recipe: / dkbrassitl8 (the audio has been removed, but you can still see all the details in the video and the ingredients!) 200g plain tofu 150g zucchini 80g cornstarch 1 cm of ginger and a few mint leaves Seasoning of your choice: pepper, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, etc. Lightly squeeze the tofu and grated zucchini to remove excess water before mixing with all the other ingredients. Form them into balls and cook them for a few minutes in a pan with a little oil. Once the balls are golden brown, remove any excess oil from the pan and add soy sauce.
