I Spend $100 A Week On Groceries

This was just a simple early morning grocery run after the gym. Nothing crazy. I’m trying to stay disciplined with my money, my health, my schedule, and the way I move while I’m building my real estate business and working toward my 10 Months To LA goal. My grocery budget is around $100 a week. Not because I can’t spend more, but because I don’t believe in spending money just because it’s there. In this video, I go to the gym, ride my bike, head to the grocery store, shop for the week, go through the receipt, add everything up, and somehow forget my sparkling water like it wasn’t the most important part of the whole trip. This is part of the boring stuff nobody sees. Everybody wants the big goal, the big move, the business growth, the lifestyle, and the results. But a lot of that gets built through small decisions like this. Eating better. Spending smarter. Controlling the schedule. Getting up early. Staying consistent. Doing the simple things even when nobody is watching. No fake aesthetic grocery haul. Just a realistic grocery run while building toward something bigger. — Travion Brown Follow me: Instagram: @travionbrealtor TikTok: @travionbrealtor Facebook: Travion Brown Houston Realtor | Real Estate Advisor #GroceryHaul #BudgetGroceries #RealisticGroceryHaul #DayInTheLife #10MonthsToLA #HoustonRealtor #EntrepreneurJourney #SelfImprovement #Budgeting #WeeklyGroceries
