In today's vlog I'm taking you grocery shopping, sharing everything I picked up, meal prepping for the week ahead, and chatting about life along the way. Chicken Fajitas: 2 pounds of chicken cut into small strips 7-9 Bell Peppers - any color! 1 packet of Frontera Fajita Sauce Fajita Seasoning Cumin Chili Powder Salt and Pepper Saute peppers until softened, just season with salt, pepper, and fajita seasoning. Add chicken to skillet sprayed with olive oil spray and then add salt, pepper, fajita seasoning, cumin, and chili powder to the chicken - to your liking. Once chicken is cooked through - add 3/4 of the packet of frontera sauce, cook for a couple of minutes then combine the chicken and pepper, add remaining frontera sauce, mix well, and let it cook for a few more minutes.
